When we saw crews sitting in running trucks for relief on Texas job sites, we knew there was a better answer. Turnaround Equipment Leasing was founded to solve a problem the big rental companies were ignoring.

Our story

Founded on a job site problem

Most equipment rental companies treat climate control as an afterthought — a category buried between generators and portable toilets on a price list. We treat it as the point.

TEL was built specifically for the refinery turnaround and industrial plant market in Texas. We understand the environment: the humidity that makes evaporative cooling useless, the shifting work zones that make fixed structures impractical, and the OSHA exposure that makes "we'll figure it out" a liability.

We're Texas-based, owner-operated, and direct. When you call, you get an owner — not a call center. When equipment needs to deploy, we move fast.
